Tim Hall, a native son
of Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana, traveled the highways and byways of his home state for many years. Along the way he collected recipes, observed cooking techniques and gathered stories, while witnessing first-hand the inner workings of a culture known for it "joie de vivre". In the fashion of a true raconteur, he brings his personal observations to life in Laissez les Bons Temps Rouler, the signature work of a self-made cook. He and his wife live in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
