Robert Otis was born in
1929 and grew up in Ft. Wayne, IN. In 1950 he was drafted to the US army where he served part of the time with Military History as a combat artist in Korea. After his discharge from the service, he spent most of his career years in the Forest Product industry. He moved on his boat in Long Beach for four year to being writing. Robert now divides his time between his home in the Oregon Coast and Southern Baja, Mexico.
